Why does the listing tool now have a yes or no for outside of ebay payments allowed. Default is yes
New listing update now has a question "Outside of ebay payments accepted, yes or no"
Payout "in progress"
I normally get payouts between 4 - 5pm but now my payout instead of showing "sent" shows its "in progress" . Anyone is having this issue?

Resolved! PayPal pay in 4 no longer on ebay?
Haven't been able to use it on eBay for over week now despite always paying on time and in full. It still shows up on other shopping sites just not on ebay
So looks like Pay in 4 is now gone as of yesterday for me, Amazon here I come!
Looks like Ebay is working to get rid of Customers since Pay in 4 is now gone as it was helpful....Not a smart move.
