Why do items that were received via usps tracking, buyer initiates an INR, refund provided for customer satisfaction count in the INR metric against seller level?

Sale event cannot find specific store category

For some reason when I go to creating a sale event, One store category does not show up for selection. Why? Any help appreciated.

Happened today, ebay cs stated void the label and purchase a new one which I could not do as it was already in the mail. Used ebay ship for Ground Advantage, and tracking shows up on the paid and shipped log but not on the order file. Thanks

New Ad Sales Display

Why does the new ad sales display jump all over the place everytime it is displayed? Clicks and Ad sales jump from 0 to extremely high numbers throughout the day??? Thanks for any feedback.
