I have been trying to update my checking account for months. I do not have the old bank account that is connected to the account and that account has not been valid for well over a year. I have my new bank account details, and after I enter that, it asks me to verify the previous bank account. I don't have that account, that account no longer exists, so I can't provide that. This is extremely frustrating, and I'm considering just abandoning my account which I've had for years and losing all my reviews so I can have an actual USABLE account. I can't buy or sell, and I can't update.
