Unable to set calculated shipping on iOS app

After the latest update I am unable to enter weight and dimensions for calculated shipping. The app only gives me free or fixed price shipping options.

I can place items in my cart, but when I try to check out I get the blue circle of death. This has been going on for 4 days now. Anyone else having this problem? I tried clearing the cache and uninstall and reinstall, but same result.

Sort is missing
