Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Unable to download latest eBay app as using ios16 , phone says it is up to date. Latest eBay app requires ios17. How can I download older eBay version.

Can’t download the newest update as phone to old it sat can use the last update

I cannot update the app on my iPad. What is going on.?

App says I need to update but won’t update. I’ve tried turning my phone off and restarting it and also deleting the app and trying to download from AppStore but keep getting the same message. I’m using IOS 15.
