Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Expired Offer Remains in Bids & Offers

An item I previously submitted an offer on (expired after seller failed to respond) still shows up in my Bids & Offers. This continued after the seller relisted the item, though I had never made an offer on the relisted item. How can this be removed?

Sorting a seller's items by low price returns a lot less items
