Filters/Results> are both failing

First: I have the latest app and iOS updates.

 

When I’m browsing in a category “Musical Instruments > Guitars & Basses > Parts & Accessories > Effects Pedals > See All” I am taken to the page that has sponsored listings, limited time deals, etc.

When I scroll down to the “Results>” and press it, it just jumps me further down the page to the More Results section instead of going to the next page which gave the “Sort” option, every time I try, on multiple devices.

Also, whenever I use “Filter” sometimes it’ll ignore anything I put in or forget the first filtering criteria when I enter a secondary criteria. (Location, price, etc)

Pretty poor, as it breaks browsing for a particular item.

Thanks for the reports. The sort option should be under the filter menu at the top. Could you give us some screen shots of setting filters and then having them removed when you add more filters. We will look into this asap.

Browsing - Categories/Sporting Goods/Cycling/Bike Components & Parts/Shifters

 

When I select Filter/Number of Speeds and press ‘10 speed’ it reverts straight back to ‘Any’.

 

When I press ‘View all results’ it doesn’t show all results, and scrolls down lower on the same ‘page’ (it used to move to a separate ‘page’).

 

Screenshots don’t really convey the fault in the app.

Same here. I usually can find 200 or so items under my favorite filters. The last week there are 3-20 results or 1.5-10% of the usual. Either its a glitch or theres just not much for sale right now.

Couldn’t agree with the frustration in this post more. So annoying eBay - it feels like you are FORCING results on us. We know what we want, just make it easy for us to find it....don’t FIND it for us and then FORCE it on us!

SAME PROBLEM

All I’m trying to do (and have done everyday in the past) is click SHOW ALL RESULTS in a category and see all. Recently it jumps to MORE RESULTS instead making scrolling through entire category impossible.

I've been trying to conduct searches for certain styles and sizes and none of them work. When will this be fixed?
