Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Notifications do not come through. I'm not being notified when I have offers on items for sale or when an item sells. If I wanted to use the mobile site I'd use the mobile site. Why did you change the app to look like the mobile site? It doesn't work...
