Location feature Near by 25 km shows 25000 scales to x1000 kms

eBay app for iPad.I have always used the nearby feature in the recently recent updates seem to have broken the functionality.1. I cannot enter the postcode2. The kms automatically scale to x 1000 so 25 km becomes 25000 kms.
