Signature Confirmation not automatically applied for $750+ sales

It used to be the Signature Confirmation was automatically applied to sales of $250 or more (carried over from the old PayPal requirement) but now it is not automatically applied at all. Why would they change this?

Can't get eBay app on my iPad not happy

Deleting items in purchase history show back up.

The app allows me to delete purchases from my purchased items list but some (not all) just reappear again. Please fix this as I like to run a tidy ship.

Resolved! eBay no longer supports my ipad

My pad will not update the latest ebay app and I will not spend hundreds of pounds on a new one, so unless something is done I can or will no longer buy or sell here.
