unable to update app

I can't use my app and it's telling me to install update so click to update and takes me to Apple store where it just says open, and then takes me back to app where it says app needs updating but it wont update as I have an older operating system, does this mean I can't use the ebay app any more?

Instructions here: How to update your eBay app

- Requires Android 10 or later
- Requires iOS 17 or later, but there are directions for iOS 16 users to download an older version of the app

If you have iOS 15 or Android 9 and cannot update to a compatible OS, you can still access eBay from a web browser on your device, and you'll probably want to delete the app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
