Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Since update yesterday I Can no longer select description of item by clicking on title you have to now scroll all the way down & select item description. I'm now uninstalling my old favourite app.Very disappointed!

Having trouble making my payments

Suddenly can’t make a purchase

When I try to check out from the shopping cart I get the following message“Please try changing your item quantity or check your account status“

sold items, paid items disappeared

most of my sold items and paid items recently disappeared from my ebay sold items, now i cant print my shipping labels

I’ve changed the primary delivery address to Connie Collins in Florida but when I go to the cart to check the delivery address it is still saying Roger ashton in Gamesley.

Every time I list an item it keeps asking for my PayPal address. I have listed hundreds and hundreds of items and it just started doing this today.

It is now Sunday and I have not been prompted one ever all weekend to send an offer to those watching my items. Also I’m getting to many prompts from eBay to add more description to my items. It’s been constantly even after I update the item.
