Way to easy to get away with scamming!

I got scammed out of 200+ dollars for a fake item because the seller took the money and then deleted the account without shipping anything.

I CANNOT send a message on ebay to a seller. There is NO send arrow. I've tried pressing where it should be. I've tried on the desk top too but no luck. This is REALLY annoying. This has to be fixed pronto!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a galaxy s5
