Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

I have a iPhone 7 Plus , my software is up to date , eBay is not loading, it keeps comeing up as update, I try to update but it’s not , it keeps going back to app asking to open but as soon as I open it , it’s back to update

Update I have just re-share my new app for eBay and constantly I am getting the message except or up

When I tried to access eBay I keep getting a notice of exit or update I press update and still can’t get onto my account the message just keeps on repeating itself

Cant login.

tried uninstall and install keeps telling me I'm notup to date. Going round in circles.Help!

Loss of eBay app

Many customers not able to log into EBay app due to not having the latest iPhone. Therefore many customers lost, shame really especially when some have been using EBay for many years. Very annoying!!

App updated not working due iOS iPhone 7

Why update the app and then not allow to work on iPhone 7. Lloyds bank done this but swiftly fixed the problem to work. You should do the same. The phone is capable just poor planning.
