Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Hi, I am unable to access my Ebay account.

It advised I need to update the app but there is no option to do this. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it continues to say I need to update. Any advice please?

Resolved! Hi. I have an iPhone 10 (x). Until the last update all has been well and the eBay app worked well.

But the app no longer works and it’s saying download an earlier app. However it’s stuck saying unable to do it. So now I can’t use the eBay app on my iPhone ten. How can this be rectified? thank you.
