Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Cannot access ebay site from the app
Since a few days ago. If you ask in the help section: feedback review. -changing reviewing feedback left for sellers- it will gove you the option to go to your feedback profile. When you click on it it just brings you back to the main app page.
Fees + returns

I went to use my 5$ coupon for being a loyal customer and when I get to checkout it had said prior to that it didn’t expire for 3 more days . Now it’s no where to be found . I would please like my coupon back thanks for you time .
