Odd placement of pricing

My iPad just updated to 14.1. When I went to my listings on eBay, all my pricing is wonky...instead of $35.25 —it reads 35,25$ How can I fix this??This is only when I look at my listings which is public.

Offers not showing for buyer

Cart items do not transfer to online app

I selected 4 items in mobile app and saw them in the cart. When I went and signed into online app the items were not there.

When listing a new item it won’t give me any shipping options just package size bleep
