Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Buying limit

So I bought a couple of cards now eBay says my account is restricted is their any way to fix it their help center is super unhelpful

Items once marked received, now posting as shipped.

In the purchase option I noticed all the items That I had received and marked as received, are now marked as shipped.

Purchase not displaying shipping status

The purchase list is not displaying the items delivery status as it previously was. Before it would state delivered , and give you an option to track package with out clicking on the transaction. Now it just says either paid or shipped.

My Purchase Record

Hi, my purchase record somehow only show the most recent three purchases. The rest, even include those I purchased in October this year, are all disappeared and can not be found anywhere. Any idea how can I get my purchase records back?Thanks,Frank

Item nevee showed up seller delete item and marked sold

This is not cool seller scammed me out $35 then send me a message that he made a mistake shipping my package to someone else I've emailed the seller no response then he went ahead and delete the item therefore I can no longer communicate... I'll have...
