Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Purchased item removed?

Hi I bought something and received a email confirming my purchase. I checked shipping details the day after and I can’t because it says the item has been removed. What does that mean?

What happens if i dont have a bank account? How do i sell then? I have edd bank of america card and cash app card. What do i do?

Problem with the purchase history

I’m not able to see items I purchased in the past and I need to feed back some of them and some of them I haven’t received yet, this just happened today.

Not recognizing phone number

I am trying to enter my cell phone number to have it verified and it states to enter a valid number. It is an Indianapolis, IN number through Verizon wireless. It is a 463 area code which is a newer area code for Indianapolis.

Why does the bay app not support my iPad?

Purchased items not showing paid

I am using the IOS App and several of my purchases (paid with PPal) still show unpaid. The items say shipped but no tracking information.

Reprinting a shipping label.

I’m trying to reprint a shipping label (ink basically went out). Every time I get through the help section it merely defaults to my page.

Funds not being payed out

The funds are complete and available in my eBay account and not transferring to my pay pal. Help!

Purchase history only showing last 60 days

The purchase history section of my eBay app is only now showing the last 60 days of purchases. This is something that just recently started happening. The other day It was showing as normal.
