Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

On the "Track Package" (navigated to with the "Show Tracking History" button) screen after selling an item the message that pops up after copying the tracking number needs contrasting text and background color in dark mode. Looks good in light mode.

Cancel orders still showing paid and need to ship home page

I had a buyer request to cancel their order but the app shows on the Home Screen 12 items paid need to be shipped. Anyone know how to clear that? I have removed the transaction but still shows.

Can’t seem to find where to change my email address. I searched in the “help” area but the page it told me to use was not there!?!?

Payment For Credit Cards Not Working

Is there a problem with the app right now because it will not let me pay for the items I took an offer on yesterday! Says my card info is incorrect and it’s not, just bought plenty of stuff elsewhere and has no problems before with this app?!

App is indicating "PAID - SHIP NOW" but items have been cancelled/refunded

I am looking for help clearing the "PAID - SHIP NOW" notification on my app when I have no items to ship because they were cancelled/refunded. Thank you!

Error message after trying to list

Why am I getting this message. Our internet is hit or miss, but was able to list a week ago. What has changed? Same internet connection, why the error?

Answering messages from buyers on the app ....I really like using the app with my iPhone 11 S however the messages that I read from buyers and answer doesn’t show my reply there’s no history for me to look up I have to go to my main computer at home ...

My item sold but I was not paid.

My item sold and said payment was received. In my account it shows no previous transaction nor a current balance for the new payment system. I also checked my PayPal as that was my previous payment method and the money did not go there either.

Picture problems

I set up and auction and was able to go to my photo library and get the 2 pics for it. But then I tried to do a second auction for another item and now I can only see the 2 photos for the first auction.
