Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Facing problems to add photos on the messages! when i marc the photos on my gallery , ebay ask me to give permition on phone configuration ( using Iphone 10)! When i go thrre ... there is no Photos to permit , only siri , and other app but not photos
