I listed two items a few hours ago and I still don’t see them listed online even tho it says it’s been listed and posted successfully. What would be the reason for this happening?!?

I can’t list my item. It just keeps loading after I press list item and then it say’s that the servers are down. But this has been 3 days. Can someone help me?
