Why is nothing loading from my watched list? 

I need to attach pictures of the wrong item to my message to the seller but I can’t get a send prompt. What’s going on?

I keep being told there’s no internet connection which’s not true my other apps work fine. I updated the Ebay app I turned the wifi off then on I closed and reopened the app but it still says no internet connection which isn’t correct.
