Hello I have problems with my account eBay I’ll try to bidding but the system don’t let me they say I have 2 strikes but I fix the problems with the sellers one make mistake with the item the other we fix it

App keeps popping out whenever I’m at internet browser.

Whenever I’m at internet browser, eBay app keeps popping out asking to Cancel or Open.

I can’t enroll in MANAGED PAYMENTS, so I can’t send a refund to my customer. Please help.
