HELP!!! I can’t get a label to print through eBay. I repeated get an unable to purchase messages. I can get one printed via PayPal but the charge is significantly higher. (eBay $1.40, PayPal $3.49)How do I fix this?

ACCOUNT ISSUE

-I cannot purchase or bid on anything new!! An error keeps popping up saying I’ve hit my max limit to buy /bid from this seller but I’ve made 0 purchases from my acc!!! What it this? ...I think I’m gonna delete my acc, this sucks.
