I screwed up and got 2 labels switched and sent the wrong item to 2
buyers. One buyer is communicating and of course the one who received
the more expensive item, one they didn't buy, isn't. Am I just out and

Ebay doesn't follow through. Always promise and never deliver. I had the
same issue during the height of Covid. Luckily I got my package back.
You're on your own here. Learn the system, because they're not going to
help much.
