Problem with my address

I moved & changed address & checked my info on profile & it’s correct. But last 2 orders show wrong address and 1 order said delivered but wasn’t & another order I checked has same wrong address. What is going on?

I didn’t get my product

Client sent me the wrong item. I requested a refund it was too late. Client sent it back on March 20 and I still have not received it!

How do I opt out of those annoying emails asking how I liked a product? I’ve searched the app and can’t find any way to shut them off. Also the unsubscribe link in the email does nothing.
