Cant load the content of the listings tab, constant load indicator but nothing happens. Reinstalling of the app does not helps.

Selling page can not load !!

I am from Indonesia. This week i can not load my selling page. I also can not email customer service to report this problem. What should I do? Thank you

“Newly Listed” not sorting correctly

The “Newly Listed” view under “Selling > Active” hasn’t been working for a few days. It seems frozen on the same items. I have updated the app, closed the app, toggled between the other views but it is still stuck. Any other suggestions?

Hello Every time I try to list an item through the app it gives me error stating I have to use website. Why is that so? I can only list items using my computer. Thank you.

Over the past few weeks when a watched or bid-on item is close to ending, I can no longer hold down on the iOS reminder to notify me again when it only has 1, 2, or 5 minutes till the item ends...what happened?
