How do I log out of all devices at once for security reasons

I am unable to use any payment method to update eBay

Inbox not showing buyer seller conversions

Had done the recent ebay iOS update and since then I’ve purchased three items and sold two items message these various sellers and buyers, and I’ve been unable to see their replies. Is this a bug with the messages software or is it a iOS app glitch?

No notifications when watched or bidding item is finishing

With the current updates, I no longer receive a notification when a watch or bidding items is coming to a close. It used to be 15 minutes and then 5 minutes. I know only receive notifications when the item has finished/ ended.
