Error on Homepage for Items to ship.

On the homepage of the eBay app it is showing an error that I have two items to ship but I only have 1.

App will not let me update

Items not getting put in my watch list

I cant put items in my watch list. If i hit watch it lights up but they go. If i hit the heart it lights up then goes off. Anyone else had this issue. No getting notified of the items ending or what ever in my watch list either Regards Stuart
