Purchased USPS Shipping label from eBay today and a few minutes later I
received an INR from buyer.. Item shows it was delivered a day before
the item was even purchased. Tracking shows item going to a complexly
different state. I havn't even shipped...
Just chiming in that I'm having this same issue. I can access the ebay
app, but if I hit the "selling" tab I get network error try again. All
other tabs seem to work and otherwise the app seems to work, just unable
list an item or see what I'm sellin...
Ive also been told they can't refund the bad label. I purchased a 2nd
label that worked, but now I'm out the shipping cost twice (on a $9.99
free shipping item). I'm unable to void/cancel the bad label as I get an
error it's already been used.. thank...
They bill you by weight or dimensional weight, which ever is higher. I
believe the dimensional weight formula is L x W x H / 139. So they may
have actually under charged you.I would also suggest USPS to avoid this
as UPS and FedEx do this alot.
When I try to cancel this label I get the error "This shipping label
can't be cancelled because it has already been used."The shipping label
was purchased today
