I can open the eBay app but when I click on active listings it completely freezes up. I have shut my phone off and turn it back on. I have also uninstall the app and reinstall it and it still does this. Does anyone have any advice?

I don't have the app and I don't want it but every time I open an item listing on chrome through my phone a pop up tells me to download the app. Every single time. Its driving me crazy. Any help would be appreciated.
