Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Mobile App Giant Banner

The giant banner that is a sales and marketing add for ebay services is obtrusive and removes value from the app. The banner takes up half the page. Most of it is empty space. I want s button to make it go away please.
