Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

I cannot change my email address as it says it is already in use

I need to change my linked email address as my money is being sent to a non-existent email and MY email address will not work as it says ‘email address already taken, please choose another’ .. help please as I need my money

Selling- page won’t load on app. Gets hung up

Been experiencing this for 5 days. Listing an item, app get hung up and spins endlessly. Deleted and reinstalled app. Tried on different devices. Using an iPhone.

For two days now I have been unable to list items. I tried everything. I Cleared stuff, deleted stuff, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. nothing works. Customer service no help thus far. Please help.

How to install older version of Ebay for iOS 14.8. It requires upgrading iOS to 15.2 but I don't want that. Any suggestions? Thank you very much !

Scroll Position

Please don’t reset scroll position on saved searches view when automatically checking for updates. I have a long list of items and resetting the scroll position makes me have to find my place again where I was before it reset. Very annoying.

Video won’t upload to listing

I have tried several times to upload a video to my listing. It’s only 25 seconds and will only upload 50%. I have tried it with both a video taken on my iPhone and a video taken on my Nikkon and transferred to my laptop. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Missing numbers
