"STREESTYLE" 10% off coupon doesn't work

I was looking to buy a men's jacket and the listing came up with a 10% off offer. Instructions were to enter the code STREETSTYLE on checkout. Did that, page said "coupon applied" but the amount due didn't change? Am I missing something???

Expedited Shipping?

Why are sellers only offering Expedited shipping? I believe this is also called USPS Priority Shipping. Just wondering because the cost is outrageous. And because of the expedited only shipping option I have cut way back on my buying.
