Is infrequent very few $1,000 dollar items or very few $10 items or
something in between for holding a sellers payout for 30 days or more?
Or does infrequent mean less than 10 items sold in a month or less than
50 items sold in a month? "Infrequent" ...

Makes no sense because eBay offers first class letter for small,
inexpensive, light items. This option has no tracking or proof of
delivery. Even if I add non machinable there is still no tracking yet

It's all good money going into the eBay bank. Sales from counterfeits is
big business. If you have a million buyers getting ripped off and that
money stays in the bank for weeks or months WOW that is a lot of money.
