ebay staff has directed:
When reporting the listing, select these options:
1. Listing practices
2. Search and browse manipulation
3. Other search and browse manipulation
4. "Continue" to open Comment box. ( Coronavirus, COVID-19 )
I am using this method to report all pricing gouging listings I find, we will see how fast ebay remove these pricing gouging post.

What are the exact reasonings we should use in the drop down menu after "report this seller". I don't want any of these rates to slip through the cracks

eBay needs to take down the toilet paper listings

report the toilet paper hoarders using this as an opportunity to profit off the current state of emergency. Imagine if we all needed gas in our cars and some bleephole station decided to charge 25 dollars a gallon. This is what these clowns are doing.
To report them:
Report seller small link on right side of full listing -> listing practices -> search and browse manipulation -> other search and browse manipulation -> type in box (copy this and it's quick) "coronavirus price gouging". Submit and they are reported.
I have a hunch 1000's of them today/tomorrow will find out the reality this isn't going to fly. If ebay does not sure this down, they will only make this problem worse as more tools in the county decide to hoard what is replenished. The major reason of this happening is the portals like ebay (and amazon potentially but I think they are on top of this much quicker). If ebay didn't exist it would be hard for these bandits to pull off such a heist.

eBay are suppose to be banning the various lists per the announcement however they are not even doing their part.
Effective immediately, eBay will block new listings and start to remove listings that sell:
if you search N95 mask, there are bunch of outrageous price listing, but we have to report them one by one. Come on eBay! do your part.

people like this, their "sold" items in 24 hours.... over 20 big cases of toilet paper. before that a sale once a week for used items.

Yeah let's see how many people do returns for not as described, i.e. maybe there ends up (allegedly) being a small hole in the plastic packaging ... and what is returned to the seller is an empty box. They will get a refund as long as there is a tracking #, right ? Of course none of these sellers will come here to the boards to complain.

... or .. lets see how many RTS returned to sender when buyer comes to their senses and realize there are substitutes for toilet paper ! I won't go into them here but there are plenty. Hey, I used cloth diapers for my kids with no diaper service !! Perhaps people will start buying bidet attachments off ebay !
