I bought a electronic item, under the Condition, it says used, dusty. In
the description the seller wrote "This is a fully functional (whatever
item)...." and end with "As Is/No return" As a buyer I'm thinking, ok,
the unit works, but not in 100% con...
This has happened multiple times already and ebay has done nothing to
sellers who does this Seller would cancel orders after the fact without
contacting buyers first and obtain agreement between both parties
because the price is not what they expect,...
Thanks for everyone's advices, I am working with seller to troubleshoot
the issue, seller did offer refund, but I prefer the unit working, so we
are resolving this right now.
This had happened to me before when seller did not sell at the price
they hoped for, so I had to call eBay to file complaint against the
seller, other than that, nothing you can do.
Having this exact problem right now, USPS shows delivered on 3/11,
however, there is nothing showed up at all even waited for 48 hours, now
I am trying to fill a complaint with USPS, but needed some details of
the package, but seller have not gotten ...
they need to ban new account from selling at this time, I have caught
same seller using at least three different account at this time, the
person create a new one after one got banned.
