I have a Basic membership. Do I receive 250 Auction listings and 250 Fixed price, Good Til Cancelled listings.

How do i change my address on a listing "ships from"

I have changed my address on everything in my account from Virginia to Ohio, but listing still says ships from VA?? How do I change that?
