I bought a pair of shoes and have not recieved them . Ebay says they were sent to authenticator but now i see the same picture and same shoe i bought being resold on ebay numerous times under different seller. How to i report this seller .

I bought a pair of shoes that i have not recieved and now i see the same picture of the shoes being sold again on ebay. Why? Can i report the seller?

Have to pick up item purchased but cant get in touch with seller. What do i do
