If I have a large order and it’s all on one invoice. Is there a way to get 2 labels.

Yes, you can print 2 labels for one transaction.  Weight and measure the first box, print the label.  Next you select to PRINT ANOTHER LABEL, and enter the weight and measurements for the second box and print the label.
