How do i change my address on a listing "ships from"

I have changed my address on everything in my account from Virginia to Ohio, but listing still says ships from VA?? How do I change that?

How do I do that? I haven't seen a place that says "sending from". I don't allow local pick up or that would be a real problem.

I did that months ago and it has my Ohio address, but the listing still has my Virginia address. Everywhere I have clicked has my Ohio address, but the listing is still Virginia??
