I was relisting an item to sell (painting) and now have been notified that I have a policy violation but everything looks OK plus there is no description of the specific violation. Any ideas? I've tried to revise with no luck.. Thanks! John

The item was defective out of the box .seller stated to return it and a refund will be issued . He received the returned item and only issued a partial refund . This was not agreed upon plus he stated a warranty.

adding tracking number on combined shipping

I combined shipping on two items. The tracking number was added to one item. I have tried to add that number to the second item, but I get a message saying it's already used by another buyer. It won't save and now the item isn't showing as delivered....
