Why is it I'll see the same photo being used for 5 different sellers? I'll see a picture that looks real familiar then I'll notice others have same photo. Then I'll see there's a few names that using others photos. Names ate different leading me to believe there's something going on there

That could be a sign that some of those users are copying the listing from another seller, or all the sellers are copying from another site, legitimately or otherwise. Or those sellers could be using eBay's product catalog to create the listing.
Certainly it is a signal that you should look closer for other signs before making a purchase, particularly if you are purchasing a unique or rare and expensive work of art rather than a simple commodity item.

@h73b0676-9jedp7 Sounds like dropshippers. That happens when it's common items. Dropshipping is allowed if the seller has a contract with the supplier. Sellers are NOT allowed to sell you an item and then purchase it from another site.
If it's NOT a common item then I'd for sure stay away from the listings.
