Buyer Feedback Posting Issues when multiple items are purchased

for the last month I have been unable to leave buyer feedback when somebody purchases multiple items. I get an error and am promoted to reload the page (which does not help). Anybody know the workaround? LMK jim

When I try to leave feedback for multiple items, I get the following message: "We ran into a problem saving your feedback. Please close the page a try again." Well, I keep on trying again, even on different days and still get the same message. Help!
