Resolved! Buy says they are not receiving item because no customs doc was created.

I shipped a watch to the ebay international shipping hub. A week later I got a message from the buyer saying there was an issue with a customs form and they had not received the package. What could be the issue since the International hub was used?

Realice compra por 4210 dls. Pague con tarjeta first bank en dls. El cargo por tipos de cambio de dólares a pesos y luego de pesos a dls, me cargaron 4380 dls. Porque no hacer el cobro directo en dls.

i received a late item after tying to cancel it for late delivery. its a nice vest but too small

wont let me start a return because i cancelled my cancel request when the date was approaching for delivery now item arrived and its at least two sizes too small
