Not available for purchase in my location but I'm in the US and seller is in the US

This can happen if the seller for that so happens to exclude your location from being shipped to.

If the seller has not completed the shipping section of the listing properly then this will show since eBay cannot calculate the shipping charges.  Only the seller can check on this and make the necessary changes.
