No Neutral Feedback if Return Processed?

So if a seller processes a return, a buyer is unable to leave neutral feedback on that transaction for any reason?

I have already ask the auto asst, read every article about revising pictures already on my listing.

In the past you could select revise listing, pull up and by the phtos there was an EDIT option, only thing I see now is a trash can. Yes, I can add morre pictures. I want to crop ones already there

Sellers should be required to put copyright and printing dates in the listing's and a picture. How are you supposed to buy an item with no picture and at least a printing date.
