30 minutes after I accepted the seller's offer they asked me to cancel the order so I did since I hadn't mailed it. I already had it boxed and printed the shipping label. Ebay deducted the shipping costs for this cancelled order from a payout for another item. Shouldn't I have been credited back the shipping costs since the order was cancelled and not mailed?
