Return policy

Looking at item # 5591 Garmin GPS from ripawn. Thay have no return policy. What are my alternatives if I find I do not want the product??

Gift card scam

I am a victim of the ebay gift card scam and I am mortified. I don't know what to do

Item location

My item location is not changing to my new address it still reads my old address I have been on addresses and checked all of them and they all say my new address but when I go my any of my item's it will say my old address.

Resolved! Buyer paid return shipping out of pocket

I had a buyer who wanted to return a dress because it was missing a button. I agreed. She ended up shipping it on her own and not through eBay. Now I am unable to refund her the extra shipping cost. What are my options? Thank you

Fake item

Didn't order something

Got an e-mail from E-bay telling me that my order will be delivered in 3 days but I didn't order anything tried to contact e-bay and all I get is the automated message how do I get to talk to a live agent to stop this transaction

Feedback

The feedback on my ebay phone app is 1758 and the feedback on the ebay online app is only showing 1717after keeping track of my feedback throughout time. the 1756 is correct. Im not sure if its a technicalproblem
