Didn't order something

Got an e-mail from E-bay telling me that my order will be delivered in 3 days but I didn't order anything tried to contact e-bay and all I get is the automated message how do I get to talk to a live agent to stop this transaction

Are you certain that email is actually from eBay?

Check your eBay account directly without using any links in the email. Does that transaction appear in your Purchase History?

Scammers often send phony emails to get users to click on a link in the email that leads to the scammer, hoping that the user will provide account details to hijack the account, or financial information that can be used to steal from the user.
